Best bank I've tried to date

Professional meets high tech. Very stable and reliable service. Excellent customer service. Great features for saving, rounding and saving buckets. I LOVE THEM!

I believe that they are here to make our lives easier. I opened my business bank account and printed a proof of address in just 1 day. however it has taken me 3 weeks to do the same with a traditional bank! Ive already sent friends to this bank

Nothing Compares

I needed an easy to use mobile/internet banking provider for my new venture, Starling was hands down the quickest and easiest one to set up and get running. No hassle, no waiting, no fuss. This is how banking should be First Direct and Monzo need to catch up, pronto. I have already recommended Starling to my husband, he now has a personal and business banking account. Responsive to needs

Initially we had a challenge setting up the account because ‘computer said no’ to an element of our requirements but I raised this to Starling as being out of kilter with marker practice and they changed policy within a week. I was impressed and as I rate the personal account I hold so highly I am delighted to have switched business accounts to them too. Such ease overall and importantly when it’s not with ease they will listen and change to ensure ease going forward. I don’t think the traditional banks could match such responses to clients.
