A joy to use, everything the high street dinosaur banks are not

Straightforward business banking

Everything is so easy - from setting up to managing the account. App updates offer genuine improvements to user experience. Can’t fault it! Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Flawless and available

Really quick and easy opening process, card arrived 48 hours later so fully operational within 48 hours of opening. Queries are answered within minutes, whatever the day or time, in a friendly but businesslike manner. Nothing but praise for the service. Statements are fully flexible on dates required and ability to add text making it so easy for accounting. Additional services being added regularly. New banks don't have the legacy systems of traditional banks so it is arguably easier to meet current demand but Starling are providing a great alternative as many businesses are now primarily electronic. Great - Easy to use - Business & Personal

Great thing about Starling is amI can now keep my business and personal accounts in one place and am not charged for business. Add to this the fact that the app is very simple and intuitive to use and you have yourself a 5* bank.
