Faultless product

After several failed attempts at switching from RBS to Yorkshire and Co-op I thought I would have one last attempt with Starling. Boy what a pleasant surprise, their app is one of the most innovative and intuitive I have ever seen, and I’ve been in IT for over 30 years now. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Best bank by far

Had a business and personal account with starling for over a year now and cant honestly say i have had no issues at all and their customer services is amazing if you need help they help you! The interface on their app and they way everything is instant and shows straight away has been such a help especially with the business account WISH I HAD SIGNED UP TO THEM EARLIER!! Creation and use

compared to my process for setting up a previous account with BOS the starling experience was night and day. Very user friendly. I still can't change my address with BOS because they say my signature doesn't match. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
