Fabulous, informed help - all with a smile

I'm not the most tech savvy person and trying to connect all the modern components a business needs such as integration to the accounts package and fast easy management of funds has been so easy with the prompt, friendly, clear and PATIENT advise from each advisor I have spoken with at Starling Bank. And in addition to this you don't have to wait an hour to get a human response and then get passed from pillar to post.... Modern banking done right.

After a terrible experience with both Barclays and Santander who, after many questions made it more and more difficult for me to get a business account of any kind, starling made the decision based on one online form. I was up and running less than 24 hours later. The app (iOS) is smooth and never drops out (unlike Santander). This is the future of banking Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

A bank worth doing business with

I moved my business account over from Cooperative. I've already got a personal account and a joint account with my wife from Starling - there was nowhere else I was going to take my business. You get the same features as a personal account plus some, the integrations with accounting software make everything immediate and hands-free and all of your information is available through a mobile app that can use biometric ID instead of remembering *another* super-secure password for your business. It's a load off - one less thing for a small business owner to worry about. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Incredible value, good integration and more than sufficient functionality

I feel like I have the best value account in the UK right now, it does 95% of everything I need from a bank as a contractor. The app is great and there new functionality is being added regularly. I use Starling for both my personal and business, and it is seemles to switch between them. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
