Customer experience

I have a current account and business account with Starling, they provide excellent support and you can't beat their waiting time and their help. I recently had a problem which usually takes my other bank to fix in 48 hrs. They done it in 2 hours. Best business account I've ever had

I'd got into the stale thing of sticking with my business bank because I thought it would be too traumatic to switch – and also had concerns about managing my account from a mostly purely app-based format. Quick, easy and simple Business banking

What’s not to like? I’ve been with Startling Bank for over a year now. At first I couldn’t believe how easy it was to open a business bank account and thought that only skeleton services would be available.
