Understanding money for the win!

We opened a Starling Kite account for our 9 year old for his birthday and he loved receiving his birthday money directly into an account that he can manage on his tablet - he is super keen to earn all of his pocket money and have it paid into his account & best of all, he now thinks twice before asking for Mummy & Daddy to buy x,y,z and is beginning to ask that we put a portion of the money he receives into his savings account! Excellent

I have both kids a starling kite account. It’s so easy to use and I can keep track of everything. Especially if you have a kid that spends online gaming you can control it all. I would however like for family and friends to be able to transfer money into my kids accounts. Is this something yous can do starling? Thanks. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

Excellent and easy to use kids debit card

The card works well, is easy to set up, block or change as required. If there is a niggle then it is that unchangeable presets don't allow my teen to spend without my approval in some instances which can be embarrassing for them. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023
