Best kids account

Starling has to be the best bank I've ever used for keeping in control of your spending and being financially in control. Their kids account allows your child to begin controlling their spending with notifications to you every time the child uses their account. Great for foreign spending and parental monitoring

I opened the account when my son was going abroad on a skiing holiday and it proved excellent value for foreign transactions with the added benefit that I could track his spending and top up when necessary. After the holiday he has continued using the card in preference to his 'big 4' UK bank account. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
