My son loves it and so easy to use

A great service. Really easy to use. Gives my son some independence with his money but all overseen by me. I can easily move funds from my account to his. And it's free! Couldn't ask for more. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Brilliant first bank card for my child.

Brilliant first bank card for my child. It’s great she can have her own card and see how she uses her money to learn about managing money, and I have total visibility and control. Can’t believe it’s all free with my Starling account! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Does not support Apple / Google / Android Pay

Fine for in-person transactions if your child has their card with them. But without support for on-phone payments, I cannot recommend. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Don't waste your time looking elsewhere.

Quick, straigtforward application. Card arrived in no time. Easy to use app to keep track on spending, deposit money, freeze card etc. Can't fault the card at all... so much better than the card I have for my son issued by a high street bank that I've been with for years. I have 3 kids who use Kite and its fabulous, they have visibility of their finances, gain an understanding of value but i have full control of managing it. My daughter is currently raising funds for a big trip to Ecuador and we have created a "space" for her to see how she is getting on with her fund raising which is really helpful.
