Great for kids

My son is travelling by train to school The kite card has been a fantastic addition to his travelling and expenses during the day. The only down side is that there is no app for the child to manage their money which i think would be the perfect addition to a great service. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

stolen card

we had an issue with my daughter card... Somebody stole it from her bag. I was able to see a transaction straight away and because at that time she was with me I knew for sure wasn't her using the card. I asked, as a double check, if she did spend the money in that shop (yes I can check where the money have been spent) any other day to excluding a delay... I blocked the card then and there and was she could check her wallet (she had left it at home that time), the card was not there so I cancel the card with customer service and they sent me a new one, in the post, in less that 4 days.
