Straightforward banking - just what I want and need

Whenever I’ve had to ask customer services about something, they’ve come back quickly with an understandable and full answer. Banking is so straightforward with Starling - I can transfer money easily, create saving spaces, it’s all so intuitive. Kite accounts becoming free this year was an added bonus.
