I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

After having various bank account include we (me and the wife) decided to switch both out sole accounts and joint account to starling. Great budgeting tool. In fact best on out there and can do everything within the app. Easy. Simple. Straightforward. Reviewed on: 21st March 2022

I moved after 20yrs w NatWest - it was scary for a few hrs. But I never looked back. Starling made it so easy, it’s a seamless app. Spaces & bills manager are fantastic features. The customer service is impeccable - quick & once again efficient. I praise starling whenever I can. Bonus - it’s founded and led by a woman. Reviewed on: 21st March 2022

The easiest banking experience ever!

Accounts can be set up via app quickly and without filling in a million forms. The accounts do exactly what they say they will, there are no hidden fees, no cold calls. paying cheques in is as easy as taking a photograph. There is even a button for 'last 3 months bank statements'. Honestly can't fault starling. Reviewed on: 21st March 2022
