Easy to use and understand the app

I’ve had some things I needed to be check and the staff where very friendly and really helpful and you can chat live to a member of staff in under two minuets no need to call call centres or wait to sort or ask for help if there is some thing. You don’t understand they will sort it for you and really helps when your in a pickle which is an amazing thing as compared to other banks where trying to get help with your account can take days and frustrates you not with starling I’ve recommended starling to my friends and family o and your money is easy to get at a cash machine or post office n no restriction on using your card no contact on line cash machine for me best thing I ever did joining starling yours lachlan mc neill Reviewed on: 12th March 2022

Worst bank in the uk

This bank are literally the worst bank in the uk froze my account for 4 weeks for an undisclosed reason, found zero evidence of what ever it was i stood accused of and then close my account for zero reason refuse to engage me then supposedly send me a cheque for my balance which has yet to arrive 10 days later absolutely disgusting treatment would strongly urge you to bank under your mattress than use these crooks Reviewed on: 12th March 2022

The worst bank experience ever. Never recommended. I wanted to close my account because I do not need anymore but they did not accept to transfer my remaining funds to my another GBP account. Unbelievable!! All agents say different thing; never try to help, and simply the bank tries to confiscate my money. I have had a bank account in Germany and Switzerland. I never saw smtg like this. I am not in UK anymore and my telephone number is expired and the agent told me to buy a new UK telephone number and close your account via app. I bought a flight and I just made a travel to close to my account for a weekend and since then they are not answering my call and emails. I do not believe how it continues. I’m leaving Starling soon as I get my remaining funds. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022
