Unhelpful customer service agents, disappointing app

I reported a bug in the app but because I couldn't recreate it consistently, my request for the bank to investigate and fix it was dismissed -- in my view, unfairly. Also, the set of transactions tags is fixed, and many of my transactions do not have a corresponding tag. This sort of thing is a reason why you would use a bank like Starling in the first place, so it's quite disappointing. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Starling offer excellent service, a great and genuinely useful app for managing money and budgeting with innovative tools and easy UI, and most importantly they aren’t an Evil Corporation like the other big names. Their climate-friendly and ethical investment policies and ethos are second to none. I recommend them to everyone I know, especially those who are still with the big E-Corps!
