The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Amazingly simple and efficient

I travel quite a lot and this account’s flexibility makes it so simple and efficient to take money out wherever I am. I also love the instant messaging when I have completed a transaction, helps me keep an ongoing sum in my head although I know it’s always there on my app. Can’t recommend them enough, I tell everyone about this bank. Best bank I've ever used

Starling bank have been absolutely brilliant. The app is easy to use, everything is so transparent. The spaces are fantastic, and bringing in the new ability to pay your bills from a space has made managing my money so much easier! I've used their chat service to query an outgoing payment and they were really helpful and responded to my query in a very reasonable time considering it was a Saturday morning! Innovative, easy and reliable
