The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Fight against scammers

Style, simplicity and speed

I love the clear way can manage my finances - especially the spaces so i can reserve funds without having to open separate accounts. I also love the speed with which transactions hit my account so that I always know that my balance is correct and I don't have to mentally take into account those 'pending' items. I recommended to my daughter and its really helping her to manage her money by utilising spaces and enabling her to see her savings so clearly Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Right on the Money

I don't wnat anything other than an account that does what it says on the tin - the bank holds my money and lets me use it, freely, as a when I wnat with no fuss and with excellent safety checking.
