Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Great features and good customer approach

Have been with Starling for 2.5 years and had a great experience with them so far. Had to reach out to the Customer Service a couple of times (including about stolen phone and card) and they were very quick, helpful and friendly. One of my favourite features (that I now can't imagine a bank without) are their "Spaces" option. It immensely helps me with budgeting and managing my finaces/bills for the month. I can now sleep peacefully !

Easier, efficient banking

Having banked elsewhere, I was disappointed with the customer service, I often got locked our of the app and it was terribly slow. Starling bank app is so much more efficient and perfect to use and its easier to manage your spending and using the saving cells too. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

A great Bank at every level.

Right from the start Starling have proved to me that they are totally the bank that they promised to be; the level of 'hands on' that i can now experience in looking after and being informed of my finances is quite extraordinary compared to the traditional high Street bank I was previously working with.
