The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great bank.

I had some money issues. A friend recommended Starling to me. I now have a better grasp of my finances. I am able to set money aside and to budget for bills. I am kept up to date on my app as to what money I'm receiving and what money is going out. The app also gives me 24hr notice as this happens. I find Starling Bank more in touch and personal compared to the other big high Street banks. I am so glad I made this change. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

The Bank account that matters

As someone with no debt, I must budget my money every month to ensure that I am able to build wealth from my biggest wealth building tool, my income! Starling Bank makes saving easy, I create a saving space, give it a name...Car Insurance, and contribute to it every month so that when my renewal comes around... it's not a mad panic. Awesome

Best banking Experience,hassle-free set-up. Easy password reset. Never got complaints to reach customer care. I had tried setting up a similar account in Monzo, which they rejected without reason, and there was no way to re-apply. Even if you re-install the app. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
