The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Fantastic easy-to-use bank!

Starling is so handy being an online bank and their customer support is very good with quick responses without having to leave the comfort of your own home/to go out of your way to reach a high street branch. My favourite part is the 'Spaces' option in the app where you can easily divide up your money between various different goals, with the choice to add a target that encourages money-management skills. Uncomplicated and user friendly

From first wanting to open the account and then using it daily it has been effortless. The app is so informative yet really easy to navigate. It feels like they are truly ahead of the game. Thinking of closing my NatWest account and only using Starling from now on. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
