Simple app; does Euros too; no pestering so far

Phone app is simple to use and includes a Euro account I used for 2 months recently with no problems. Fast conversion between currencies good. No annoying adverts or pestering marketing emails so far. It gets my vote. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Flexible personal banking

I love the fact that Starling is so focused on user experience - clearly there are brilliant designers behind it! Very slick and intuitive app with useful functionalities, and it looks great! New services being introduced responding to user demands - clearly monitoring what people need, not what banks need. It's great to be able to sort everything out online and quickly. Messages are clear and user friendly, and you are not flooded with notifications. Only the interesting bits for the user. Really well done! Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Easiest Bank Account

I have had a Starling account for a few years and have never looked back, I get instant notifications when money goes in/out and my children all have/had the kite accounts which are brilliant especially now they can have their own app, I have also opened a second account that I use for bills and can have DD go out from that account also I can switch my card between accounts so no need for extra cards. The other feature I like is the advance notifications for DD and incoming monies a few days in advance Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Efficient, friendly, customer centric banking

I moved to Starling this year. I have a current and business account. I really like them. The app is easy to use. It's not developed as an after thought. It has everything you need and the updates are excellent. The process, even though it's not a face to face product is both positive and friendly. With other banks, I wince a bit when I need to do something online as it is usually tricky, but Starling is totally different. Smooth, efficient, time saving, customer centric service.
