The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Extremely impressed

I was dubious at first being a new bank and online only. However, my experience since opening this count has not only been great but improved over time I'm with the more options and flexibility available. I cannot recommend Starling bank highly enough at this time. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

A doddle.

A fantastic, easy way to bank via my mobile phone. I particularly like being kept informed instantly whenever a card transaction is effected. Another brilliant feature is the availability of a Euro account. This is extremely useful to me as I have family in Portugal. It's just a pity I haven't had much opportunity to use it owing to the travel ban. Paying in cheques is a walk in the park using cheque imaging via my smartphone. Everything is so easy with Starling and when I do need help, they get back to me quickly via the app or on the phone. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
