The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

What a great bank

I recently switched and am very impressed with the app and switching experience. In app features are very useful and user friendly. Easy to set up new payees and you can pay in cheques using the app too. Great! Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Best and most convenient bank

Lovely easy transition from my previous bank. Excellent app with good security and amazing functionality. Card is lovely and when I had to contact customer service re: name change they were lovely. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Quick and simple

Mobile app is very quick easy to use and seems secure. Slightly light on features, but that may be a good thing. Would like to see more budget reporting. Would like to see better online site (prefer a bigger screen to review finance's), but they seem to be progressive and feel from their blogs and news that new features are going to be added over time.
