Fabulous .... a no fuss Bank

I’ve only just switched over to Starling on the recommendation of my daughter as my old bank had decided to close their current accounts service. Oh how I wish I’d known of Starling earlier. Literally, everything is in one place, I have full control of where my money is, I can move money around and all with no fuss. The app is friendly to use and if I do have any questions, customer service is at the end of the phone and they have the patience of Saints. I would totally recommend this bank, my only regret is not using them earlier. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Simple modern day banking

When it comes to banking I appreciate instant transaction notifications from any payments made or received. A clean, easy to use service ie how intuitive the app is and being able to take a photo of cheques for depositing and many more. Starling provides all the requirements I look for in a bank and with a name like starling it knows how to spread it's wings and ruffle it's feathers in the modern day of banking. Easy, efficient

Particularly good for foreign travel

No fees or charges when you use your card overseas. It's also free to withdraw cash from ATMs outside the UK. If you only top up your card with the maximum amount you want to spend, it provides added security! Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
