Great easy set up

24/7 help and local

the app works very smoothly, i have never had a problem with it. i love the "spaces" feature where i can save for things without opening a separate savings account. i really like the extra shopping card you can get for free, it's worked perfectly for my family. i initially got starling because of their zero fee foreign spending on holidays and good exchange rate but i have not been able to use that feature yet because of covid. but i have ended up using it for my day to day and to be honest i like the fact that the profit goes to a local smaller British bank instead of my older bank account Barclays that seems to have its fingers in all the pies around the world with the occasional scandal. A decent online bank !

I have my Current Account around 4 years and I never had any issue. I have been traveling and the change from pounds to euros was a very good rate comparing to others. Low commissions in some Spanish banks which was very helpful when I had to take money out the machine. Plus on the app there is a section called “Space” which helps to put a side the amount of money you want (like q saving account) and with no commissions at all. As beautiful as its name-sake

What can I say about Starling that hasn't already been already said. Clean, ethical banking. Crisp, beautiful app with effortless quality and that touch of class that sets it apart from its competitors, all whilst providing the same and more banking features. Starling made me like banks again because it just doesn't feel like a cumbersome, antiquated financial institution. They are transparent in their values and ethics and I respect that most.
