The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best Online Bank

Excellent banking app and website. Easy to use with great functionality to monitor and control spending. On the odd occasion that it's been necessary to speak to them, the customer service team have been fantastic. The option to have a Euro Account is another added bonus and, exchange rates excellent, making it perfect for use in the EU. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

How banking should be

Care about the environment and a quick, easy switch

Most banks are investing heavily in fossil fuels. Once I learned this, I immediately switched from Barclays to Stirling. The switching process was so smooth and efficient and since joining I have not had any issues.
