The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Quick, accurate, reliable

My experience of Starling has been that it was quick and easy to set up the account and it provides me with accurate information about spending and income, with warnings of impending direct debits. Super quick and very easy to set up new account

Needed to set up a new account, was completely unsure on where to start when Starling came up on my search. It was super quick and very easy to set up, all completely remotely and I received my card within a couple of days of the account being set up. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Just brilliant

Its simple, its cheap, it works

Set up business and personal accounts 6 months ago, very easy took a day or so to clear id etc for the business account but no fuss, no drama. I have accounts with the high Street names but Starling is way more user friendly and cheaper for basic banking. I only rated it four star to encourage them to come up with even more improvements but to be truthfull it does all i need right now Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

A bank account making use of technology for the good of customers

Me and my wife set up individual accounts separately then set about getting a joint account. How easy was it to set up our individual accounts?! And the joint account was even easier just by being next to each other, wow! The use of spaces for saving, the ease to flip between our own accounts and the joint account, the saving spaces as well as the other ‘standard’ banking stuff that other offerings provide.
