The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Simple no-nonsense banking

Still will not give me an overdraft

Pretty hard to treat Starling as a real bank when they won’t allow you to have minor banking products like others do. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Banking made easy

Lacking

Was lacking in app features compared to competitors. I switched to Monzo as they offer way more as an e-bank. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Great Bank

I use Starling as a current account mainly for holiday savings/spending abroad. I'm very happy with the account, the setup was very easy and all done via the app, and I find it very easy to manage my account that way. I like the control I have over my card on the app and the best part is the no fees abroad. I even got my parents to open accounts for the same reasons. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Top Class Bank

I may have only just opened my account up but I have accessed this account more than the lloyds account I had. The main reason being the accessibility of the way the app runs. It makes it so easy to manage the money going out and needing to do any bank transfers. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
