The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Keep on top of finances

The Starling spaces and easy to use app has enabled me to be in control of my money, a first in 30 years for me and I now feel a lot better about money. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2021

Convenient & Value for Money

Love Starling - it's great value for money paying abroad and it's all via the phone so it's super convenient. Yesterday I opened a joint bank account with my partner, and we did it in minutes. Much more straightforward than HSBC, where we originally were looking. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2021

Why would you do it any other way?!

My husband and I wanted to open a joint account and each and every time we were told we had to “go into the bank…” Starling made this obscenely easy and the customer support (when needed) has been outstanding. This is the way banks SHOULD be! Reviewed on: 2nd April 2021
