Perfect Banking

Simple, modern interface and useful features

I enjoy the sleek design of the app and all the great features like the 'spendings' tab and 'spaces' feature (which has been the most useful and unique part of the bank) Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

Switched from old world NatWest

Fantastic, no fuss switch to Starling since I wasn't happy with my NatWest account. Super user friendly and easy to use app - customer service have been very helpful when I've needed them. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

Works like an app in 2021 should do

Love the security features like getting a notification when there's expenditure and approving online spending however not all spending requires approval? There could also be some slight UX improvements. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

Seamless mobile & Internet banking

I chose Starling after years of dealing with branch-based banks. With the branches all closing, I needed a bank with properly integrated mobile and Internet services. Starling has met my needs extremely well. Onboarding was easy and services operate reliably and at lightning speed. When contacting customer service, response has been prompt and effective.
