The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy No Hassle Banking

Starling is very easy to use, has efficient tools on the app and is different from all other banks. It is good for saving and summarising your spending, with the ability to connect other services to the account like rewards, insurance and your pension you don't need another bank. Easy to set up, easy to use

Royal Bank of Scotland behaved despicably, cancelling my business & personal accounts for no apparant reason during lockdown. I got approved for an account with Starling in no time at all. Their app is SO easy to use, & their customet services are very easy to get through to. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

Efficient and cautious of cyber crime

The bank that changed online banking forever

I’ve been using starling bank for 3 years now and the experience has been amazing. When ever I’m on holiday I have no stress to needing to find good rates as I can withdraw £300 at the banks rates. If I need to call starling customer services I can do it right in the app and they give you a one time security number within the app for security. So much easier than other banks. When I make a payment I get a notification straight away saying it’s been sent. With my other banks if my friends send me money I have to login in and refresh the app to check. With starling you just get a notification saying it’s been sent and the amount. This bank account has simply been amazing and I really do wish they stay this way for years to come. I’ve got so many of my family members to open accounts with starling too because the simplicity and the features are just unmatched in the online banking market place. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021
