The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Outstanding Service

I moved from First Direct (an already high-performing bank) to Starling earlier this year and I have been impressed with their use of technology (around their app) and also the service from their customer team, which I have found to be very personable in their dealings with me. Easy to use and marvellous additions for keep your spending in check.

Best online banking I ever had. Using from early 2020 and my everyday spending improved as I can easily follow money flow- in and out! Marvellous space for setting money aside for different goals without opening other accounts. I have two accounts £ and Euro and only one card for both.
