General information

On-Shore, Clear and Rapid Support

App is well-constructed and has an excellent minimalist user interface. A listening bank which enables large payments when needed. Instant notification of receipts is excellent. Minimal secure authentication when adding new payees for instance. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Really supportive

I needed a new account for my new small business, I had approached another online bank who refused me due to the fact my business was in its infancy. I turned to Starling and they were really helpful, I had the account within days and was able to get started with my business! My account is easy run, I'm always aware of my payments and money paid in. I am able to follow my finances far easier than with a high street account. Hassle free banking!

I opened my Starling Bank account in 2020 and have been so impressed with how user friendly it is. Actually, the team are pretty good too. Instant notifications on spending, receipts, paying bills and useful tips. All excellent, which means I know exactly where my account stands making planning easier. Hassle free banking at its best!
