Brilliant app and great customer service

I find the app so easy to use. The overdraft facility is a lot cheaper than the main banks. Prompt service when raising a query via the app. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Top bank

Since I’ve been with Starling bank I’ve had great customer survive all bills get payed on time and my money comes in on time and it’s very easy to get started with the bank and most important it’s very secure . Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Modern, up to date banking, perfect for a Deaf person like me!

Since I've joined Starling, I have been impressed from the start. Everything I want to do, I can do within the App. I am Deaf & whenever I have had things to do in the past, with previous banking companies, I needed to ring them up. This causes me huge anxiety. So being able to do things through the App without talking to someone, is a massive boost to me when it comes to dealing with my finances. Also by using the Spaces feature, I have managed to save £3,500. I also love how you see what you are spending your money on. This helps me to cut back on certain things, like takeaways. Best Current Account

With the easy to use spending categories i can manage my monthly spend much better - and easily refer back to previous months to see the change in cost of utilities, etc. Very intuitive and much better than the clunky traditional banking apps. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Raising My Spending Awareness

I've only been with Starling a few months and at first I found the app wasn't quite as straight forward to use as I'd hoped but actually having taken some time to look around it and with some recent updates it's a fantastic tool. The categorising my spending (yes some of my other banking apps do that but not very well) is so easy to use and I love spaces! I have been needing a tool like this so badly and the Starling spaces are so easy to create, set goals and manage. I would recommend Starling to anyone considering changing, or even if you're not considering changing, consider looking at Starling as a better way to bank. High street banks have always been a thorn in my side, maybe I've just been with the wrong ones but they're so far behind with apps and online platforms it hurts. Now I am aware of how I spend my money and the Starling app encourages me to manage it better. I have never had to contact customer service so I cannot speak to this but hopefully if I ever do have reason to that will be as easy and as pleasant as using the app, or website is. Bank in your pocket!

Brilliant
