Simple, does what it says on the tin

I was looking for something that easily covered my business needs without all the hassle of a high street presence. Opening account was relatively easy even for technology late adopters like me. Brilliant banking

I could write for ages about ball the plus’s sides to banking with Starling, be it the excellent customer service or even just that i receive an alert on my phone telling me how much just left my account - usually before I have even turned away from the till! But I feel I must also share the down sides too... I have been banking with Starling for some time now and I have not found even one single thing to complain about or criticise. A banking organisation that has been designed from the ground up to deliver customer services in a manner that exudes confidence to its users!
