The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Great customer service and highly efficient bank

Never let me down

Love this bank account it's easy to use on my phone. I like the options of setting aside money into the spaces and being able to save under different headings. I also like the option to lock and unlock the card from my phone. The customer service has never let me down, quick answers and solutions to any queries I have had. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

You need this bank

Having been with Starling now for a while and finding it to be a great bank, for me I choose as I liked how you could use your account abroad for free so much cheaper than traditional banks and so easy to send money abroad and all for a great price far far lower than a traditional bank, can’t understand why they charge what they charge compared to Starling. Super Starling, super easy

I set up my account with such ease. I wanted a separate account for helping me save for a holiday of a lifetime. The spaces thst I have been able to create have allowed me to reach my targets and save and move my money around with ease. I then created more spaces for other projects which I have completed. Having the spaces gives me a control that my other accounts do not have. It's given my confidence a boost knowing I am so in control.
