Good professional bank

Best optimized easy to use app ever

A light compact and easy to use banking app. It has a friendly and visualised data interface too so you can easily see where your money went to and create different saving spaces, set goals and achieve them. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Simple instant banking

The two main features that made me move to starling are the ability to withdraw money abroad without paying fees and the instant update on my account, soon as I pay for something. I always know what my current balance is. No transactions taking three days to show up in my account, as with my previous bank. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

The worlds only bank

My experience as a starling currently account customer is nothing short of amazing. I started using the account casually alongside my main bank account. I soon started to realise how much better I understood my finances with infographic style account breakdown which really helped me budget my money and see where I could make savings on things where I may have wasted money and all in one place. Not least when I had to make myself bankrupt when all other banks turned their noses up, starting send me a lovely message saying "we know how hard these times must be for you so we wanted to let you know despite your bankruptcy you can use your account as usual" I thought that was an extra mile type of message, something I'd doubt any other bank would have the inclination to do. User-friendly online account

As always I was hesitant about setting up an on line account but it was so straight forward and up and running in no time. Initially this was to use for holiday money, good exchange rates and no fees but am increasingly using it for savings goals and day to day purchases. Instant notification of spending, easy to set aside funds for specific purposes, help always available if needed. Excellent service, would highly recommend! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Excellent!

Went to Australia and had no issues what so ever with this card when others in my party struggled with there card! Also let me budget each day and let me know when I was getting near daily budget! Also excellent over here can’t fault it! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Efficient banking.

I have been a starling customer for nearly 3 years.I have 2 accounts one joint and another for personal use.I can't praise starling enough .The app is easy to use and I like getting alerts immediately after a purchase.You can keep track of your spending without worrying.Transfering money into other accounts is hassle free.For travelling abroad ,currency is automatically converted and there was no problem accessing the app.Thanks starling - you are awesome. Super easy control of money

Very intuitive app, very easy to pay out and in, easy to see where money has been spent. Good checks to make sure people think before paying someone new.
