An account that works as described

I am happy with how the account/app works for me. Bending over backwards to be fair & objective, the only minus points (such as they are) would be a slower and less expert customer service as the bank has grown, which used to be an expert response within 15/20 minutes. Also a too frequent, for my liking, card rejection requiring a pin confirmation when compared with friends banking elsewhere. Identification of payee and tracking expenditure is light years ahead of my experience with my clearing bank account. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Simple yet powerful

Starling has all the features of a Bank as well as it goes beyond the normal features of traditional bank account. It’s really easy to understand. Summary of spending helps a lot to understand where u money goes and where u need to save. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

It you know. Just works.

Starling has been great as a top up account. My own highly ‘Intelligent’ finance supplier doesn’t even had contactless. But Starling is easy to use and really efficient. Proper modern banking. That works. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Banking for the 21st Century

Starling makes banking easy. No queues at the bank. Easy deposit at the Post Office. Contact the team via in-app message and resolve queries quickly. Slick app. What’s not to love! I don’t see them as a burden or a company I’m forced to do business with like I do my other bank. Transactions are simple and come out when I expect them to with clear visibility of where my money is and when unlike my high street bank. Amazing user experience

Simple quick helpful
