Fantastic Online Bank

Everything in their brilliant app is easy to understand and use. Excellent functions include saving spaces to ring fence savings and an incredible array of card controls. I actually read their emails, which are always interesting and useful compared to comms from the other banks I use. I don’t feel that anything is lacking from the fact that Starling do not have branches. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Slick, professional banking with an eye for detail

I’ve banked with Starling for several years. They provide an excellent service, with an eye for good design, and an impressive degree of transparency (what other bank has a podcast series about the software development behind their services?). All round amazing Bank!

The customer service is absolutely amazing, they're so helpful and considerate. The features in the app are all straight forward to use and the financial data Starling provides me is presented in a digestible manner. SOOO SIMPLE /CONVENIENT FOE BUSY PEOPLE

Honestly can't believe how simple this is compared to traditional banking. Linking new accounts so getting a joint acc once the current acc set up and a card for my daughter. Starling I'm hooked! Great app based banking.

Fantastic app based bank, missing the ability cover the “extras” I get from my other bank like travel insurance and roadside recovery. It’s the only reason why I haven’t moved fully over. Waiting on kids app so they can pay pocket money in at the post office too... Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

An amazing and intuitive app and web bank

This app works so well I get notifications instantly when I make a payment at a shop or online or make a transfer. I’ve never had any problems with the app also the card looks pretty. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
