Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Excellent service

The app is brilliant. Can easily deposit a cheque without having to move of my sofa. Any problems customer service is excellent. Can save money through setting up standing order to ‘ space’ so my bills are paid in effect before they are due. Love it Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Happy customer

From day one I have found everything from starling to be a clear and simple way to use a bank, no long winded this and that. If I haven’t been sure about something I use live chat line and have received prompt response and solution. On one occasion I had a payment taken twice from a supermarket, Starling sorted it with two hours and the money was back into my account. When I first joined Starling it was fairly new, things have grown since but still a happy customer. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
