Always thinking about the customer

I've been so impressed by Starling since I first opened an account. Everything works as, and better than I'd expect. They seem to think of things I need before I realise I need them. I had to open an account with a more traditional bank recently and it was so painful....it just reinforces the work Starling are doing to make banking easy and intuitive. I'm a huge fan. Modern banking

simple, efficient no nonsense banking

Easy to sign up, great current account with easy to use app. Good customer service and they just keep adding better facilities eg friends and family card. Bonus of euro account too. Would not hesitate to recommend. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
