Super Customer Focused Banking

Banking for the 21st Century!

Really impressed from account opening - Very simple and only took a few minutes. Love the app - So easy to monitor spending etc - The app notifications mean I’m always aware of incoming and outgoing payments, and it’s so simple to transfer money! Especially like how quick and easy it is to authorise online payments in the app without needing a card reader etc. Have recommended to anyone who will listen! Also appreciate being able to pay in cash at the Post Office instead of travelling to town centre of old bank! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Absolutely Love Starling Bank!

By far the best bank I've been with. Opening the account was so simple and completed within 2hrs (from the comfort of my sofa). Products and features are relevant and have detailed descriptions. Starling have a bunch of YouTube videos to help with using the account and to update customers on new features or upcoming features. Spaces are great for saving money, only negative is that you can't pay directly out of savings pots. All in all, I stopped using my High St banks and soley use Starling. Love it so much, both my parents opened an account the day after I opened mine. Finally banking is being done the right way, big thank you to Anne and her team! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Top service all round

Best jam jar account, easy to apply, easy to switch, easy to use app and best of all no branches. Even considered those who were shielding during the pandemic by adapting services quickly and efficiently. Never looked back after spending a lifetime with Abbey National who became Santander which resulted in horrid service and many tears over the years.
