Best bank I've ever used

Amazing customer service. The in app web chat service is fast and efficient. The cheque deposit function is amazing, i can't believe how quickly the funds hit my account after scanning the cheque in the app. The spaces facility is great for saving for multiple things and the spending notifications make it really easy to track spending Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Very pleased with all aspects of my Starling personal account

Good online only bank but not as flexible as I thought!!

Great Instant notifications, good security, good features!! However, it is not as flexible as one may think..!!! Starling cannot alter its monthly charges to a convenient date, eg payday, to avoid further charges when you are already overdrawn!!!
