I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best bank around

I was unhappy with my previous bank and was curious how a mobile only bank would work so opened an account, I am so glad I did as I have total control over my money, can partition off money to keep money for later payments and have instant balances once I spend with notifications. After a couple of years balancing a Starling account with a traditional hih street account, i took the plunge this year and fully moved to starling.
