Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Well thought through customer service and interaction

Very convenient and easy to use. Setup time is very fast and easy to do stripping away the need to go through paperwork or visit a branch. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

A bit late to the Starling party...

I'm a new customer since Nov 2020 after a very long time with a high street bank - I'm delighted with Starling... the app interface and customer ux are excellent - well designed, easy to use and difficult to go wrong. Haven't had to use any customer support as yet - the fact that it hasn't been needed tells a tale, I think. I'm so pleased to have seen the recommendation for Starling that I did, and that I followed up on it. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

Great bank with one thing missing

Customer service - check Easy to use Ui - check Missing the ability to pay bills from pots....only thing that makes me miss Monzo as someone who gets paid weekly it helps. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

Seriously impressed

I’ve only ever banked with high street banks before but have been blown away by my experience since switching to Starling. Amazing tech, so user friendly, and with a female founder and CEO as a bonus. Can’t rate Starling highly enough. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

Best move I made!

Decided to move over from Monzo, which I was not really getting on with in terms of the app and what I was able to do. Starling Bank offer so much more in their basic current account and a few weeks in an very happy! Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

Game-changing

I can’t rate Starling highly enough! The set up was easy and the app is amazing to use. I absolutely love the saving spaces function. I’ve never been a good saver, but having individual pots with goals and pictures make it far easier to visualise what I’m saving for. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

Very great interface with the banking app, visually impressive and reasonably reliable.

Starling has overall been a very good banking experience, the management options on the card for my personal account are amazing and so easy to access. I am currently working abroad and my Lloyds account has managed to crash on my phone and lock me out of the account, but starling has made it so I can still manage to execute banking while I am out here. Perfect for when I desperately needed it, which is why it wins my vote. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021
