Best bank hands down

The most intuitive online banking I’ve ever used. Customer service is second to none. Visibility on your spending is easy to understand and analyse to help you better budget your finances and manage direct debits. Send and receive money instantly and at the click of a button. Best and easiest bank to deal with

A bit late to the Starling party...

I'm a new customer since Nov 2020 after a very long time with a high street bank - I'm delighted with Starling... the app interface and customer ux are excellent - well designed, easy to use and difficult to go wrong. Haven't had to use any customer support as yet - the fact that it hasn't been needed tells a tale, I think. Great bank with one thing missing

Customer service - check Easy to use Ui - check Missing the ability to pay bills from pots....only thing that makes me miss Monzo as someone who gets paid weekly it helps. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

Seriously impressed
