Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Simple, painless, straightforward

Welcome to banking in the 21st century. I moved away from my previous bank when they advised me that the only way to complete a particular transaction was to phone them. Phone them? Banking like never before

Opened a functional banking account in less than 5 minutes. As an international student in the UK, this meantv the world to me as I couldn't meet the requirements set by the traditional banks. With Starling, I can do everything banking and more from my phone! I can save, keep track of my spending, set up direct debits and lots more! The mobile app is so easy to navigate. Customer service

I remember when I really wanted an account as I heard great things about their customer service and how they support you. Because my account kept on getting declined as I was applying, i then phoned their customer service and a lady helped me and within a few minutes I had an account. What I also love is that as I chat to them in the app, they will always have an answer and they are great people to talk to so this is why I wish to to vote for Starling Bank Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Refreshing experience

Having banked with 2 other Uk banks and one in Spain in recent years, Starling has been brilliant, from the signing up process, transfer of account, fantastic mobile App through to customer service. And I love the linked Euro account. Can’t find any faults and highly recommend. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021
