Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Brilliant, refreshing banking service.

I opened my Starling Back account initially to use when abroad, as it is so easy to transfer money from an account in the UK, to Starling and there were no fees. Brilliant, simple concept. From being so happy with this service, I have now transferred my main current account to Starling, as so easy to use, for example, setting up my essential overdraft. I also really get great information from "The Murmer" the Starling on line monthly magazine which gives loads of great tips, advice and information on money management. Easy as ABC

Finding a bank like Starling was by far the smartest thing for me. Access when and where I need it. No quibble about where to find your money with a straight forward ‘at a glance’ view. Reviewed on: 1st March 2021

How banking should be

The Starling app is intuitive and glitch free, and customer service is excellent. The Spaces function has revolutionised how my family manages its money, making it easy to budget for planned expenditure and reducing our dependence on debt. Reviewed on: 28th February 2021

No nonsense banking

I've had no problems with Starling, their marketing reflects the product and they don't get in your way, or try and dazzle you with bells and whistles that you don't need. The app is functional and comes with some neat security features like if you make an online payment via debit card, the app will prompt you to confirm the details. Gives a nice peace of mind. One thing I appreciate about Starling is they don't constantly try and upsell you to any premium product, which I find intensely annoying from one of their competitors who nag you to pay them £15 a month for a silly metal card.
