I love my account a brilliant bank.

I love the way the account is run boxes etc the customer service I received is excellent you speak to an English person who handled my query efficiently and very helpful. Also I feel security is good when I have to confirm a new larger payment in the app, makes me feel secure. Also I congratulate you on your recent help when I noticed a false debit on my acc, you immediately cancelled my card which stopped another one going through, issued me a new card which arrived 3 days later. The agent I spoke to was very reassuring as I was very worried as to how it happened. Definitely a bank I love. Thank you. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
