Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

My Phone is my High Street Branch.

Living alone, no computer, travelling abroad lots. Wherever I am Starling is in my pocket ready to react to any situation I find myself in. Adding Euros instantly, requesting payments for things sold, making payments here or abroad, all avenues are covered, and Exceptional Customer Service. Well done Starling Bank. Breath of fresh air!

It was quite a culture shock moving to a digital-only bank, but what a difference! Excellent service and fantastic functionality that makes you say “why didn’t my old bank do this?” Especially love the concept of “spaces” to organise pots of money (very useful when you want to save up for a goal or recurring bill), and the round-up function is a stroke of genius. Customer friendly

I find I am using my Starling card in preference to my other cards as I can see my transactions immediately. Therefore, extremely easy to keep track of expenditure. Also no charge in getting money abroad. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
