Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Sharing my time between UK and Thailand

The banking system in Thailand is near to the near to the same standard as Starling so when i needed to transfer money from UK to Thailand of course I worried as it was £10k that first time but needed not to have worried as the money appeared in my Thai account at a really competitive rate which you’re told before transferring and it’s really simple to do - thanks .... now I am happy that I’ve found Starling Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Best bank I've ever had

Hands down the most useful, easily accessible banking service I have ever used. I was a little sceptical of using a mobile only banking service but have been regularly using my account for over a year now and have no regrets. Even depositing checks have been a doddle! I still have my high street bank current account for some debts but once these are paid off at the end of 2021 I will be switching entirely to my Starling current account. Starling makes it easier to manage my money because it is so clear where everything goes. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Unrivalled in service

I joined Starling in early 2019 and I’ve never regretted the decision. They are simply unrivalled by any other legacy bank. Constantly updated and pays attention to what younger customers look for in a bank. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Easy to use, great support

The tool is so easy to use. Paying friends and family is easy to do and purchasing things in foreign currencies is great because the exchange rates are the best out there. When I have had an issue with a merchant the support team at Starling have been easy to get to and they have handled the situation amazingly always looking after my interests in the matter.
