Starling 2021

I have banked with starling since June 2018 so this year will be my 3rd year with starling and I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem ....... it’s better than most high street banks. Amazing bank Reviewed on: 27th January 2021

Perfect current account

Superb digital bank

Only one of the two true digital banks i am aware of in the in the universe. All banks I am aware of have absolutely no idea of the difference between a digital bank and internet banking. They are a nightmare if attempting to use them for share dealing in particular and their fraud departments are totally incompetent in handling scams and corruption. Ex Barclays international banker, day trader Company Chairman and Paralegal on Clinical Negligence. Reviewed on: 27th January 2021

Exactly what a bank should be

The app is easy to set up, secure but easy to use, it updates in realtime and is easy to transfer money. You can use the app to show how much you have spent in categories, shops or a time frame. Without this account I would not be able to budget and be back on track with debts. The big banks could and should learn a lot from Starling. Reviewed on: 26th January 2021

Easy to use online banking

I found Starling when looking for a card I could use abroad without high charges. I have found it easy to use on line - helpful when in need. The helping hand card has been useful in lock down and being able to manage several savings pots is great. I would throughly recommend Starling to anyone. Reviewed on: 26th January 2021

Super easy to use and puts the customer at the centre

LOVE my Starling account, the App is super easy to use, the navigation is great and the customer service so good at actually being able to help (rather than taking half an hour just to get on the same page about your query). Shame the interest rates have gone down, but that applies to all banks. Fully recommend - I'm still keeping my account, even though the rates have gone down. Reviewed on: 26th January 2021
